Founded in Cebu in 2012, Oceanwide surveys, audits and certifies ships on behalf of the Philippine Administration and trains the seafarers and port personnel who keep them running.

Oceanwide is authorized by the Philippine agencies that implement the IMO conventions and domestic maritime law to act on their behalf: conducting statutory surveys and audits, and issuing the certificates that follow. We are also a MARINA-accredited STCW training institution.
Our team of naval architects, marine engineers, master mariners, instructors, assessors and technical staff works for ship owners and other stakeholders across the Philippines and the Asia Pacific, with tailor-made services and outcomes-based training.
We work alongside our sister companies in the Oceanwide Group: Oceanwide Surveys Inc. for survey, vetting and investigation, and Oceanskipper for compass adjusting and safety equipment servicing.
